"The apartment was intimate, cozy, and overall clean. Check in was smooth and level of security was good. With all this said there were opportunities of improvement: 1. Unfortunately, there was an ink stained towel awaiting us in the bathroom. More towels were provided to us but yet again we found the same issue. 2. For there to be so much rain we didnt have any inside critters but there was leakage from the ceiling in the corner of the bedroom. We also noticed broken/ missing window curtains....

"We loved our stay at hotel Arte natural. Very clean, supernice people working there, great breakfast and also good restaurant for dinner on a rainy day. Nice and clean pool in a beautiful garden. We were alone the first nights of our stay and felt very much at home. Shared kitchen, washingmachine and common areas with games. Shops and other restaurants close by. Walkable to the centre of La Fortuna but also a short uber ride there, to hotsprings, la Fortuna waterfall, ziplining etc."
