"The hotel rooms is off the main road. There’s lots of restaurants with in walking distance to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is great. There is a pool and a jacuzzi pool. "

"Expedia has asked me to review this hotel. I made a reservation at this hotel, but the hotel did not have a room. The hotel notified Expedia, but Expedia advertised the room anyway and charged me for it. This is the same day a car I had reserved with Expedia with Hertz was absent when I arrived to rent it. Expedia has not remedied either situation. The callous indifference of Expedia evident in their absent customer service is disappointing but no longer surprising to me. As I could not trust a...

"Absolutely everything about this stay was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The room was the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff treated me like a queen. The best massage after hiking 500 steps up and down to get to La Fortuna waterfall. 10/10 air conditioning and pools for when Costa Rica gets hot. "

"Room was beautiful, view was beautiful, gardens were beautiful. Love this hotel. The springs were lovely. This location is perfect, whether you want to use the hotel's springs or visit one of the other big complexes like Baldi or Paradise, which are a couple of mins walk away! The staff were lovely, shout-out to Julio, who was a star - kind and helpful. <3 As a lone traveller, it was great, but it would be a lovely stay for families too. Hope to return someday. :)"

"This is a gem of a place. Minimalistic with all the necessary stuff, neat and has a good view of the Arenal Volcano. Diana, the host was super helpful and attended to our needs. Loved staying here. It's also close to all the main attractions. Would definitely recommend. Thanks."
