"The pool unfortunately wasn't working and had we known that we would have booked another hotel...BUT I am not mad at that because I am glad we did stay..the staff was amazing and so nice and accommodating! They helped us with a late check out and were very helpful as my son was there for a medical appointment in PHX. They were beyond kind and went above and beyond their job. The kitchen in our room was clean, useful, and had kitchen utensils. Highly recommend staying!"

"The staff here truly made our stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, kind, and eager to help. We were only in town for a one-day trip, and they went out of their way to accommodate us with both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made all the difference in such a short visit.
It's rare to find people who care this much about their guests. We left feeling genuinely looked after and grateful. If you get the chance to stay here, take it. You'll be in wonderful hands."
