"The whole stay from start to finish was perfect Alot of thought has gone into the decor and the comfort of the clients ,room was very spacious and clean ,Owners were really chatty and friendly,amazing breakfast choice too . "A lovely hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The food in the bar was excellent with good service. Easy walking distance to a good range of shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely relaxing spa facilities after a day out walking. Good central location for walkers. Accomodation was comfortable and clean. Would give it a higher rating than 3 star. Would definitely recommend to family and friends."

"The Swallow Falls Inn looked like a new establishment, my room was very clean, the staff were professional, polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very fast in coming and tasty. If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger."

"Perfect hosts in an amazing building! You would struggle to find more genuine, hospitable and friendly people than Carrie and Mike. Outside there is plenty of parking and beautiful grounds. Step inside, the rooms are generous, clean and with everything you could need. The breakfasts are lovely and nothing is too much. We will definitely be back, thank you! "
