"Perfect location, beautiful property with great amenities. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was tastefully furnished. Shower was hot and powerful. Cleaning staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Only minor criticism was cooked breakfast was served whilst I was eating first course which meant I had to eat quickly or risk food being cold. That said, food was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"My stay at Craig-y-Dderwen Riverside Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The setting alone makes it special - nestled right along the river, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately makes you slow down and relax. In the evenings I opened my window to hear the sound of the river flowing by. It was incredible peaceful. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. "Nicely refurbished hotel, excellent food and breakfast. Not sure I like the self service check in, not that it didn’t work, it did but just prefer the personal touch for a hotel striving for the boutique feel. Overall a nice stay and friendly staff. They missed cleaning the room one day which was disappointing."

"Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good."

"We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. "

"The house was very well appointed, modern, warm, with its own off street parking space, and perfectly situated very close to Betws-y-Coed but sufficiently distanced from it to escape the tourist traffic and crowds. It is situated in a small village in complete silence. Very peaceful."

"The room was clean & we had a nice meal, however we asked for breakfast at 8am due to a ride event we were attending. However, the following day no breakfast was available & the chef was unaware of our request, which was a shame & left with no food. Also, on the Expedia site the room I booked was £52 each, but I was charged £112, & not sure where the fault lies though suspect it is Expedia"
