"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. "The front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was clean, quiet and very dark, which was what we needed for a good sleep. And the beds were very comfortable. There was only one towel despite the fact that we were four people booked in a quadruple room. And the wifi was not consistent, making it a challenge when ordering an Uber to the airport in the morning."

"The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. There were 2 sinks but one only had a dribble of water coming out. The finish on the tiling around the sinks and the boarding behind the toilet seat were clearly suffering from wear and tear.
