Great Relaxing stay. It is a must if you have been traveling and need to recharge. Allen and Mia are great host and make you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive.

We loved this place! It was our first time in Hakone and first time to try an onsen and this was the perfect place. The hotel was beautiful and the service was commendable!! Mia and Allen were the best! We did not want to leave. We will be back soon and stay longer. It was awesome!!! Thank you Caesar Gora Club Hakone for an unforgettable stay.

Herzlichkeit des Mitarbeiters Allen war großartig! Das Onsen lädt zum Entspannen ein und die ganze Anlage ist traditionell, sehr sauber und gepflegt.

這一帶都非常安靜，交通的話自駕會比較好，趕上春假後的淡季，酒店入住的客人很少，體驗不錯，服務態度也是很不錯

室内や館内は写真通りとても綺麗で広いですし、外国のスタッフの方々も日本語がお上手でとても親切でよかったです。お風呂も露天風呂がある方は濁り湯になっておりとても驚きました。素泊まりなので夜ご飯は外で食べたのですが、お店屋さんがある駅周辺までは少し歩きます。ですが大きな駐車場があったので車なら問題ないかと思います。散歩にはちょうど良い距離でした。一つ気になった点は泊まる室内テレビがなかったことです。今の時代タブレットやスマホが中心でテレビはあまり観ないので気にならない人もいると思いますがそこが少し寂しく感じました。ユネッサンや美術館、芦ノ湖など観光するところはたくさんあります。素泊まりでいいけど、少し部屋は広くて綺麗なところに泊まりたい…という車移動の方にオススメです！

元テレビ朝日の施設で、現在は台湾の企業が運営しているとの事。値段の割にはフロントがとても綺麗で部屋も広く大変満足できるものでした。ホテルのフロントスタッフは日本語勉強中で少し不慣れなところも感じましたが、親切に一生懸命対応してくれたので不便さは感じませんでした。食事のサービスはありませんが、コストパフォーマンスを重視される方に是非おすすめです。最後に、駐車場は台数制限があるそうなので事前に連絡が必要です。

ホテルの中が高級感があり、清潔で広々していて良かった。周りも静かで緑が多く癒された。駅からも近く便利。スタッフがとても親切でおもてなしが感じられた。また行きたい！
