This hotel is beautiful with really nice onsens. The customer service at the hotel was outstanding and treats you like a VIP. The food at rhe buffet was really good quality. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10.

I had higher expectations but overall not bad. Beware this is a family resort so expect running screaming kids especially at dinner and breakfast.

Hakone Kowakien Miyamafurin
Staff were lovely, room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was small but worked 3 pastries a person a salad and yogurt. Just be aware we booked the "Japanese style Superior room" and there is no shower in this room you have to use the public bath. This was not an issue for us but I feel ...
