"A really great family hotel in the heart of Hakone. It’s very clean, the staff are absolutely amazing and the kids can enjoy free access to Yunessun (the onsen water park next door). We enjoyed the buffet food, unlimited ice cream, and all sorts of drinks and snacks peppered around the lobby floor. They just look after you very well here. If you have kids, I definitely recommend staying here for a few days while exploring Hakone and enjoying the onsens. We will come back again. "

It’s nice that dinner and breakfast are included given that you are quite a walk uphill from Gora and other restaurants. The food is presented in a beautiful setting and the service was wonderful. That being said, the food itself left much to be desired and given the price, we expected it to taste better. "
