"ふふ系列は、ふふ河口湖、翠松園についで3軒目です。 料金と比較して部屋が広く使い易く満足度が高いです。 夕食はメインディッシュはプリフィクスコースになっていて家内と被らないようにセレクトしたので楽しみが増えます。 ただ、写真や細かな調理法やメイン以外の食材が判らないことから、私がセレクトした3種類は味付けは異なるもののメイン以外の食材が似通っていまって少し残念でした。 それでも、ほぼ3時間の食事時間は待たされることもなく大変満足でした。（河口湖も３時間だったので、ふふの標準なんですね） 唯一改善してほしいのが、大浴場の洗い場のシャワーとカランの切り替えで、固くてソープが付いて手ではほぼ無理です。"

"The staff were all really nice and helpful. Our room was very clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bar has a lot of options. They also offer a shared dinner, up to 10 people per night, and that was a great experience with a great group of people. We would stay here again in the future!"

"We had a disappointing stay overall. It was quite challenging to make a dinner reservation, and unfortunately, we regretted dining there. We were seated near families with young children, so the atmosphere was not as relaxing as we had hoped due to the constant noise and screaming. We would have appreciated being informed in advance that the dining area was very family-oriented so we could have decided whether it suited the experience we were looking for. "Our first stay in a Rakuten property and it won’t be our last. Loved the room, which was more an apartment really. Every thing we would or could need was provided though I wasn’t expecting a telescope to see the stars! Check in was digital and very easy. Welcome pack was unexpected and very good - especially the red wine. Loved the private onsen and balcony foot spa. There was also a sauna but we didn’t use that. 10/10. "

"Gorgeous room, but not a tattoo friendly onsen. Luckily the tub was big and deep. Not a lot of restaurants or shops around but its a good location away from the crowds and easy access to the ropeways. "

"We stayed at the Superior Twin Room with private bathroom. The view from that room was simply amazing. We really enjoyed making good use of the kitchen and common areas. The kitchen has utensils, coffee, tea and filtered hot and cold water. The common area also had a bunch of different books and games if you felt like having a relaxing day. The best part of this place is the Onsen. Also, there is a 7-11 within a 3 min walk. Overall, I highly recommend "

"The photos do not do it justice. This house is immaculate! I love the smell of new construction. Every room was nicely done, super clean, full amenities, everything you'd need to be comfortable. An easy 8-10 min walk from the train station even with rolling our carry on luggage. The 7-11 store is about a 3 min walk. There are about 2-3 bus stops very close to the house depending on which route you're heading to. This was a good base to stay for the Hakone loop. We walked to the Open Air Museum...
