"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level. Pre-order the adult version because you can’t change on the spot."

"Our 2nd time staying here and we love the onsens here! The dinner buffet was delicious and so many food choices! The staff are friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free ice cream and drinks and snacks that were offered everyday. Very convenient access to Yunnessan Waterpark. Lots of entertainment and kid friendly activities. We can't wait to come back again!"

"Hidden gem in Hakone, super private, excellent service and food"

"Stayed here for the one night and it was a gem, literally a few steps from the train station. Clean and comfortable room and loved having a curtain for more privacy. The staff was very helpful and wonderful with their service, the facilities were very clean and the onsite onsen was the highlight of the night you can unwind and just relax. Theres restaurants walking distance with good options. Would definitely recommend staying at this hostel."

"The staff were all really nice and helpful. Our room was very clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bar has a lot of options. They also offer a shared dinner, up to 10 people per night, and that was a great experience with a great group of people. We would stay here again in the future!"

"Gorgeous room, but not a tattoo friendly onsen. Luckily the tub was big and deep. Not a lot of restaurants or shops around but its a good location away from the crowds and easy access to the ropeways. "

"Me and my husband stayed here and had the best experience. The room was very clean, and very nice. Location was great & bus stop was right outside.The onsen was amazing. Other than the room itself being amazing, the staff was extraordinary. They were very kind, polite, and attentive. Ryota prepared our dinner and he was so kind. The dinner & breakfast were both so tasty. We for sure will be coming back on our next trip to Japan!"
