"Beautiful Rakuten"

"Great staff, nice view, clean room and nice onsen"

"初めての一人旅でしたが、スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で快適に過ごせました。 食事もおいしかったです。 雨で思うように観光できませんでしたが楽しい旅になりました。"

"Amazing place, wished we stayed longer"

"Hidden gem in Hakone, super private, excellent service and food"

"While the service and location were both excellent, I was disappointed to be put in the dog wing literally. I didn’t book a dog room. Don’t have a dog. Chose this hotel for views which were on the east wing our room was in the west aka dog wing. Spa service was fantastic! Onsen experience was super relaxing. All good except for being with dogs!"

"Beautiful peaceful stay. The staff was so sweet and supportive. The property was a dream!"

"Unreal experience"

"If you have tattoos you cannot use the onsens or pool area. Room and all was clean and nice, but we wanted to use the amenities and were disappointed when we found out we couldn’t."

"客室もきれいでよかったですが私は使い捨てのスリッパがないことが残念でした"

"X"

"The staff serving dinner were absolutely lovely—warm, kind and attentive—and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the overall ryokan experience fell short of our expectations, particularly given the price of approximately USD 1,000 per night. The villa was not particularly clean, with visible stains on the floors and dirty sinks. The onsen facilities were also disappointing. The outdoor bath was lovely and appeared well maintained, but the other public bath was in a condition that made it...

"Hôtel très bien équipé tous est très bien expliqué si vous prenez la demi pension c’est un repas et un petit déjeuner traditionnel"

"we did the twin room and it was clean and the perfect amount of space we needed. u get what you pay for and overall the staff was super friendly and welcoming. the location is easy to get where you need to go besides the fact its a slight incline of a walk up"

"The house was difficult to find and, as mentioned, had a steep hill to walk down. When we entered, it smelled strongly of gas as there were 3 gasoline jars directly inside the door. The smell gave all four of us a headache. Also, it was VERY cold, due to missing windows. The heaters were set at max and we were still very cold. Lastly, the floors are not stable. In the dining room, it felt like we were walking on cardboard, as the floor flexed and moved when we walked. "
