Rooms however major let down. Bathrooms drains smelt like rotten eggs and is something that doesn't just appear. Drains havent been cleaned for a while.
Found hair in both sink and bath.
Food at the restaurant was delicious however staff seemed very inexperienced and left waiting by staff due to large party eating at same time. All staff focused on large party and left other tables waiting. Even when ordering food...

"Even though the location is in a busy party area, once you’re in the hotel, you hear absolutely nothing. Everywhere is walkable, so the location was very convenient. Staff was welcoming and friendly and the room had everything we needed. The ac worked great, and it was so nice to have a kettle, microwave, and small fridge. "Bag drop and check-in were very slow. On both occasions, it was 10 mins from when we first started speaking. Both times the person dealing with me left and started dealing with somebody else.

"The hotel was decent for an overnight stay.
The location was great, out of the way.
The disappointment was we paid an additional charge to use the spa facilities only to find the Jacuzzi and the steam room were out of order. Not reported anywhere before booking that these facilities are out of order. I booked the hotel so we could relax and unwind. Neither did they mention the steam room when taking payment as I would have reconsidered"
