Only thing I missed was 24 hour coffee/hot water in the lobby. There were coffee machines in the room but I prefer not to use them."

"The staff was very friendly. We had an issue in our room within a few mins of being there. One call to the front desk and we had someone upstairs fixing the problem. The tiki bar staff was efficient and friendly. This was our third time here and still very enjoyable."
