"Nice and relaxing stay, with plenty of greenery And open space. The staff are really friendly trying their best to help but I believe there is a room for improvement as they lack more experience. "Staff and service were very polite.check in was excellent. for lunch we order wraps,loaded fries with chicken and from kids menu sausage with mash,peas and ice cream. Well...waiting time around 30min with couple of guest around at12.30pm...fries arrived with no chicken,sausage with beans,no ice cream. Chicken Wrap was ok but no seasonings at all. My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...

"I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath"

"Excellent stay. Arrived at hotel and greeted at reception by "Matt Lloyd" who was attentive, helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and i was able to turn the aircon off unlike another hotel i usually stay in. Easy to get too, great wifi, close to resort centre and will now be my go to place every 3 months when in Birmingham. "

"Room warm and comfortable and easy to book through hotels.com. Buffet breakfast tasty with many options (although my grandson was disappointed that there weren’t any hashbrowns !) Allowed my family who live locally to pay for a breakfast so they could join us which was an added bonus . Overall very pleased. Only improvement would be to include parking in the fee rather than it being an added extra (oh…and include hashbrowns!). Will definitely visit again"
