The service we received at the front desk was exceptional and helpful as we were looking for assistance to get around the city. The location was perfect if you wanted to take the metro into the city and there are several food options nearby."

Nous ne retrouvons dans le bain qu’une pomme de douche au mur et celle ci ne dirige pas vraiment bien l’eau. Une douchette à main devrait être ajoutée."

"I booked for two people and when I arrived at midnight, the front office told me that they only have one capsule for one person and if I want extra room I have to pay extra 90$. They also said that they will reimburse me for the night I didn't stay in and for the mistake but then they refused the reimbursement through expedia. Scammers"

"The air conditioning unit is the old-style window installed AC, extremely loud. When it is on, you cannot hear anything, let alone sleep. Fortunately this is early summer and the temperature is not very high during the night without AC. I can only imagine how awful if I came during July-August time frame. Strongly suggest be careful if you plan to save a few bucks, not worth it if you can't enjoy a good night sleep. Otherwise, staffs are very helpful and room is clean and acceptable for the...

"Amazing location in Old Montreal. everyone was so kind, let me use the umbrella on a rainy day and the downstairs jazz club/bar is a must visit!"

"Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool was really clean in comparison to most hotel pools... The only negative is that the room wasn't cleaned/stocked daily, however I think there was likely an every other day schedule that I either didn't see/notice or possibly it was in French and I couldn't read it. The front desk was happy to provide us with extra supplies in between if we needed them anyway so it wasn't a problem. They were also all bilingual and happy to help in either language."
