"Horrible. Way over priced to begin with. Then when you arrive they Inform you it’s also an extra $10 to park in the parking lot. No where else to park so ya gotta pay. Very large gaps under the door allow bugs and dust to blow in. Place is surrounded by other hotels that cater to fentanyl zombies and crack heads. Will never return."

"The breakfast in the morning was a great way to make sure everyone was fed and ready for the day. It was well maintained by making sure coffee was available, spills were cleaned up and there was plenty of food available. However, we have to wait in a long line when arriving. We were told that their computers had gone down and needed to be reset. The wait was about 45 to a hour before we could check-in. When we were able to get to our room, we had to walk through a really strong wet dog smell in...

"We were excited to stay at the bed and breakfast. Had an emergency and was hoping to postpone however owner didn't allow so we stayed for one night and lost money on the second night by leaving early. The bed and breakfast doesn't have air conditioning and it was very warm. The small swamp cooler in the window didn't cool the very small room down. The house itself was falling apart with the bedroom sloping very badly as well as the bathroom. They should not call this place a bed and...

"We had air conditioning issues during our stay. Our first night was hot and miserable. Maintenance came twice to fix the issue. Due to issue we were late for a pre-booked activity. Then I'm surprised by an additional charge when I get home. I contacted the hotel and was told they tell all guests that parking is "subject to a charge". However expedia didn't list this information nor was I informed at check in. Frustrating. Won't stay again."

"This is a great place to stay before visiting Maroon Bells. The Wi-Fi is a bit limited, but I really enjoyed my stay. The highlight was the incredible customer service at the front desk. When I had a sudden health issue, the receptionist went above and beyond to guide, help, and take care of me. I truly appreciate his kindness and support!"
