"As soon as you walk in, you see the brightness and difference in the lobby compared to other hotels. Room was clean, shower was great, staff was friendly, 24 hour coffee or tea, they had white boards hanging outside the elevator that gave ideas for restaurants, things to do. A nice touch was the TV in our room said Welcome Judi. Definitely will be back."

"We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!"

"Went for breakfast and every table was dirty and the food counter. Worker was too busy on her phone and eating in the kitchen. Workers from the construction site are housed here and parking is crazy. We’ve stayed here many times but now it’s time to find a new place. Area has gotten well overdeveloped."

"This hidden gem is where we stop on our snowbird tour from Fla to NJ. All you could ask for at a great price. Have stayed a couple times and renovations are coming along well. Although there was a slight paint smell in the hall and some spackle in our bath, it’s nice to know the ownership is paying attention to upgrades and details. "

"It was run down looking the pool cover was trash on top of it just looked dirty and only two towels and no ice in machine bathroom faucet broken"

"Wasn't very clean, water didn't cut off in the bath, sink faucet was about to fall off, staff was not helpful at all"

"Our rooms were on the back side of the facility, and the Hwy was right behind it. They need to replace the windows with a noise control window. During our stay, it sounded as if the vehicles were driving through our room. Our room also smelled like fish. On the cabinet one of the doors was missing, the remote control did not have a cover over the batteries, the floors were sticky. I was not satisfied with the facility at all. Our first and last time staying at a Wood Spring facility."

"Overall good stay. Lots of restaurants all around the facility with in 0.30 to 4. 0 miles and more if you like to explore further out."

"The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given."

"Estuvo bien nada más el desayuno no me gustó la verdad las sábanas no se sentía tan limpias y encontré un cabello en una almuhada el gimnasio estaba cerrado el personal bueno cuando entré el chico fue amable pero al hacer el check-out la chica no fue tan amable casi me grita muy mal pero lo de más bien a mi hija le gustó "

"We were allowed to check in early and the front desk woman checked our room to make sure everything was ready. They cleaned the room every day we stayed (rare these days!), and had a hearty breakfast ready each morning. The room temp. was perfect!"
