"The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. This was very annoying as we were staying in 1 night to cook and not having a functioning microwave was complicated for us. Many...

"We were very happy with our stay. Although a minor issue came up on our last night, the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed the problem right away. The hotel's location was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Even though there was no front desk on site, they handled the issue promptly and efficiently. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again."

"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. "4/5 stars. Would stay again.
Pros:
- GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway.
- Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior.
Cons:
- Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

"Typical Apart-Hotel, simple access and decent amenities, The units bathroom size can vary, nice little welcome package with dishsoap, paper towels, pack of laundry soap etc. The Front desk manager was amazing and very helpful. The included K-cups could be better. For being in a building with some kind of Verizon association the WiFi was pretty slow, I ended up using hot-spot.. Overall the price was the same as a small hotel room nearby so you do do the math .... tiny hotel room or 1 Bd....
