"The valet parking overnight is cheaper than nearby park and pay lots. The welcome drinks were a nice added touch, plus all the drinks and snacks in the mini fridge are included which was nice. The housekeepers were friendly & the come in and clean during the day and later in the evening they come do a turndown service. Complimentary breakfast was good also. Location was great and could easily walk most everywhere we wanted to go."

"Definitely use the Valet because parking is a nightmare in downtown Charleston. Make sure when you book your stay to call the restaurant to make reservations as they get filled up quite quickly. Minutes away from the open air market. Beds are very comfortable."

"We were extremely please with everything at the hotel. However, I did have a problem with their choice of laundry detergent for the sheets/pillowcases as I'm extremely sensitive and did find these to create a rash across the top of my shoulders/neck where my nightgown did not cover. This problem was not addressed with management as I recognize it is MY problem, not their's -- my partner was not affected. That being said, I will say throughout all of my Hilton stays--these were the roughest...

"I stayed here last year and the staff and hotel could not have been any better. I came back a year later and, again, the staff was unbelievable. Friendly, helpful and professional. I did feel that the hotel showed wear since my last visit. It was still wonderful but if I’m being honest it went from pristine to very nice. Locations is Perfect."
