"We had a decent stay at the West Bay Club. The restaurant on the beach is fantastic, and the staff was very nice. Great spot for lunch on the beach. There are kayaks, paddle boards, & snorkels you can grab for free right on the beach which was super nice. The hotel has an excellent spot on the beach with a beautiful view. The chairs, umbrellas are very nice. My cons of the hotel were the amenities at the front desk and cleanliness of the room. I felt the room could have been cleaned better. There were some spots that still looked pretty dirty. The chairs in the room were stained up and old. The bed was not very comfortable either. The bed frame was broken so the mattress laid at an angle. During my stay, my wife needed feminine products and a toothbrush. The front desk had neither. They recommended going to a nearby grocery store to purchase them myself. This was fine, but my experience at resorts like this, they typically can provide something simple like a toothbrush. The pool is basic. The breakfast was fine. There is no gift shop or other small store like other resorts have. Overall a decent resort but not my favorite compared to my other stays in Turks & Caicos."

"We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Nice quiet property not too far from the built up Grace Bay Shopping and hotel area. Nice location across from Turtle Cove Marina. Staff was nice but was not much help when it came to advise or information on local activities or touristy type things to do. Our garden view was a view of the parking lot."

"This Villa was phenomenal! Angel was our Host who was professional and very attentive. Excellent Location walking distance to the Beach. Clean Villa both rooms stocked with basic toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup removal towels. Quiet Neighborhood with a beautiful pool outdoors. Kitchen fully stocked with salt & pepper, dishes, pots, cooking pans, silverware, iron, laundry detergent, ice. It was beyond everything we needed. Angel, recommended, Restaurants, Bar’s places to shop etc. I give this Villa 10/10! I scheduled a masseuse’s to come out to the house and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this Villa. I had no issues. Kudos to Angel for being the perfect Host. "
