"Je suis resté dans un hôtel à New York et l’expérience a été horrible. L’état général était mauvais : les chambres étaient sales et en très mauvais état. Le canapé-lit était cassé et on sentait les ressorts. Le matelas du lit était taché. L’eau de la douche débordait à cause du petit rideau. Le service de petit-déjeuner annoncé ne fonctionnait pas. Expérience très décevante. Le parking était également en mauvais état, avec beaucoup de trous, ce qui n’était pas agréable du tout. La photo principale donne une belle impression, mais la réalité est complètement différente. Je ne recommande cet hôtel à personne."

"this is place is advertised on expedia as having a pool, IT DOES NOT. and that was one of our biggest reasons for booking. the pricing was fair for what we got. the staff was helpful although it did take several requests for us to get towels. and we did have a mishap of someone coming in off the streets and pulling the fire alarm at 5am. aside from that the breakfast was good- not a big selection but it was fair! staff was very kind."

"The room was clean and was as shown in the pictures. The breakfast has variety and it was good taste. The hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel was difficult to find. You have to go to the Terminal A or B (not the P3 where all the hotel shuttles are) and then call to the hotel to have the shuttle in about 15 min."

"The property offers shuttle services to and from the train/bus Penn station. When calling I was informed to call the hotel and let the know my arrival to be picked up. Upon doing so staff informs me that the shuttle will arrive in about 5 minutes. After 15 minutes passing I call the hotel back to explore the ETA of the shuttle. I am then informed that the shuttle only leaves once every hour and would not be available until its slot in the next hour. This was very frustrating considering it was 11 o’clock at night and could have been avoided with proper communication. "
