"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. "Room was clean, comfortable and spacious and the bathroom was clean; the tile shower was comfortable, water was hot and water pressure was good. Breakfast was okay, there were donuts, muffins and croissants, cheerios and orange juice, coffee and tea, no fresh fruit. Check in/out was fast, free parking and not too far from the PATH. Overall, great value"

"So here is what Expedia doesn't tell you. If you don't have a car, your own are a rental this might not be the best hotel for you. The Hotel is on a dead end road next to the State Prison. There is no access to transit stores or eateries. You will have to have food delivered. Uber, Lift or taxi will be your mode of transportation. Therr is a shuttle back and forth to the airport. The people are friendly and the service is great."

"Convenient clean and helpful and friendly staff from the shuttle bus drivers to the clerks. I had to over night here. The ambiance was nice. The restaurant options weren't exciting,....but the hours were good and convenient. The only issue I had was the pick up from The airport. Hilton's shuttle was not a long wait. However, The process at Jersey Airport SUCKS!!!! After retrieving luggage, You have to take shuttle from the airport terminal to the airtrain station, then go to P3. Then you wait for the hotel shuttle. Try this with 2 pieces of luggage and a carry on as a wheelchair passenger!!!!!!!!!!! It was confusing and inconvenient. Its not the hotel's fault, but the process was terribly frustrating. Perhaps Hilton can offer terminal pick up option (at a fee if necessary)for physically challenged customers. Otherwise the Hotel is a win."
