The clothes hanger in the bathroom was faulty and does not retract. Informed front counter staff and it was fixed in the same day. Pleasant stay over all. Will recommend anytime. Unfortunately, I left behind my polo t-shirt in the closet. Really sad."

"The room was great. The lines at check-in and check-out is very slow and at times frustrating. Also, the free drink you get as a VIP guest is poison. They offer you a free drink, but it has to come off their special menu which is just the worst wine or sparkling wine you could ever buy. And you have to pay money to even get to the bar, so it's kind of moot. The front desk is also disconnected from the bar, as they assured me the drink wasn't going to be for some off menu swill and that it was valid for any drink. Total fabrication."
