"Loved the feel of the hotel. Felt luxurious and loved the design features in bedrooms. Immaculately clean and common areas of the hotel were well maintained. Loved the pool area and gym etc.
Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc
Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter...

"The staff were excellent. Our room with two double beds was bigger than expected and had plenty of space for my wife and I and our two children. The buffet breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. My only gripe would be stained grouting in the bathroom but you see that everywhere except 5 star hotels (where they renovate every few years). All in all, excellent value, and a perfect location for those travelling from VIC to QLD."

"We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room.
We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay.
The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned.
Proceed with caution..."
