"The room was nice, but there was no hot water to shower with; which was quite disappointing especially when you need to shower. One of the wall sockets beside the desk was loose, it needs attending to; the shower room door handles were loose which also needs attending to. Britannia Hotel Birmingham’s bar and restaurant had been shut which prevented me from buying fruit juices and coffees, which was quite disappointing for such a well known and highly respected hotel group.
