"I especially loved the balcony by the lake. What a tranquil view every morning and evening! My room was modern, clean and spacious. The refrigerator and microwave came in handy. I didn’t need the air conditioning, since the mornings and evenings were cool and I just opened the door to the lake. Parking was easy, right by my entrance; staff was helpful and polite. I plan on coming back !"

"The hotel was nice,the bed was so so comfortable and when I laid down I was out like a light in a short time.For the money it was nice The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful."

"Within the first 10 minutes of being in the first room a cockroach crawled on the bed. There were rust marks all over and water damage on the ceiling. Crumbs were all over the floor and things previous guests had left remained on the floor. The room was clearly not cleaned. Thankfully they allowed us to switch rooms; however, this room had just as much water damage and the light was barely hanging onto the wall. Listing pictures need to be updated."

"The web site stated that the pet fee was $50, but when we checked in the fee was stated as being $75. The pet area is mostly dirt and not well maintained. I do not think I would return to this hotel."

"Our stay was delightful. We were surprised to find that the hotel upgraded our room. The staff was wonderful with excellent suggestions on where to eat in town. We also found the food served at breakfast was tasty. And when planning our trip and comparing rates to other places to stay, the cost at Country Inn was a bargain. We'll be back."
