"Sadly, the pool was not available and we had our 9 year old granddaughter with us and booked this hotel so she could swim. However, everything else was excellent so call ahead and check and see if the pool is available because we were very upset that it was not"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel the room could have been cleaner the sheets were hanging outside the blankets as if they weren’t changed! (One bed) breakfast was amazing, staff was courteous because our stay was short we didn’t complain."

"Fridge didn't work, had maintenance come but they just verified and said nothing they could do, toilet barely flushed, and overall, not enough staff to accommodate guest needs."

"Upon getting to our room I noticed my room wasn’t that clean, I just went with it from waiting. Then the noise from them renovating kept us up so we just got showered and dressed for the affair we were attending early and we left . The elevator took 11 minutes to get to the 12th floor. Then upon leaving for the end of our trip it was a 20 minute wait for the elevator. We couldn’t walk down we had too many bags. Just a horrible experience"

"The room and grounds appear clean. The room is pet friendly and upon entering the room there was dog poop under one of the beds. The cracks of the couch and chair had food crumbs and that tells me they aren’t very extensive with the cleaning. Although it had a “full sized” kitchen, the stove wan not functional and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "The bar and dinner area had no staff - they kept saying she was late but by 7:30 no one had come in. The staff at check in, however, was kind enough to get drinks for a few of us. Seems like they should have a better back up plan."
