Hotel dekat Hemsworth Water Park and Playworld

"Hotel is close to all amenities, car park is small but plenty off street parking, staff are very good n helpful also breakfast is very good. Hotel room was clean. Dani who checked me in was very helpful. Downside hotel is need upgrading."

"The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service."

"👍"

"I stay around 10 times a year. A 5 star welcome, 5 star food, 5 star service and a 5 star room. A unique old hotel with a modern, clean, tidy fresh feel. The food is amazing, locals travel here for the food. Highly recammend!"

"Very disappointing stay, particularly considering the price paid. The room was comfortable and the shower good, but housekeeping standards declined throughout our stay. Even after servicing, sheets were not changed, the floor was not hoovered and the bathroom was not mopped. Breakfast was poor in both quality and service, and got worse as the week progressed. "All was great but follow up after booking to confirm all on your booking needswas correct."

"Hotel was ok, on site pub was poor"

"From the time we tried to check-in the woman that greeted us was aggressive and told us to wait in the waiting lounge. Then we could check-in Declan told us that we needed to pay for our accommodation but when I told that I had paid he took our documents and did not return them. We had a two stay and consequently left without documents. On contacting the hotel we were told the only wat to retrieve our was to send a self-envelope and they would send them to us. That wasn't suitable in the frame...

"Have stayed a number of times when visiting the area. Would highly recommend it"

"The room was clean, staff were so helpful and welcoming, great value for what I paid for room. If in the area would have no hesitation in staying there again. Highly recommended."

"Carol runs a beautiful place and always makes us.welcome"

"Free parking 2 minutes walk Easy access with codes provided in advance. No staff on site, but we had no call for them. Old building with renovated modern touch to the room. Not for people with mobility issues, main staircase winding/step/narrow. Room clean but not thoroughly (dust on sockets) Iron & ironing board provided, plus kettle & tea/coffee/sugar/milk Huge bed, was comfy with nice linen Wardrobe with safe and desk/dressing table and a full length mirror Excellent value for money"

"Nice modern apartment. Conveniently located. Reasonable price. Had read reviews about it being noisy with the rooms being close to local pubs, however, we found it to be very quiet during our stay. Overall excellent!"
