"Friendly staff, clean and smart room, great diner. "

"The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

"The hotel was ok for one night stay, did not use the bar gym or pool, room was semi clean but lacked attention to detail, bed not the most comfortable and music heard in the morning from I’m assuming the gym. Staff friendly and parking is extra depending on the room you book."

"There was a hole in the wall by bed and the light shade on the wall keep falling off.bed was very hard and the pillow was very hard . But everything else was great."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful. I didn't have a chance to visit the pool and sauna however. Only item to note is the central heating system was broken the weekend that I stayed. The hotel helpfully supplied a portable heater, which helped in the evening. "

"Good accommodation. Breakfast let it down. Good food but hot breakfast was only tepid each day. Gluten free bread was wrapped and had a separate toaster which was great. Could have done with information on visitor attractions nearby"

"The staff were so helpful and room was very clean. I had both breakfast and dinner at the Bistro, the food was so delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the Bristol. The building itself and window views were aesthetically pleasing."

"Car parking cost should be included. App link misleading as says scan QR code for 24 hrs. I then got a reminder at midnight the same night saying needing extending. "
