"Always friendly. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Glass enclosed pool is beautiful. Lawn games, fire pit, outdoor seating are wonderful. Billiards room den is beautiful. Third party empliyees are very friendly and helpful, BUT the food quality is very poor, and disappointing. Not just once, but every time we stay, (multiple times a year) since Varsity Club was bought out. If included in the room, it is less painful to swallow, but paying for it is out of the question! "Breakfast spread was fair. Coffee was great. Staff were doing their job and didn’t go beyond. Several staff members smoking right outside front and back door. While some of the things in the room were update - carpet, the bathtub was old, furniture was worn. I spent quite a bit of money for this weekend stay and don’t see the value. "

"It was a busy day when we checked in at 3:15, many rooms were not ready. We received a room and when we went to it, the door was open and the room was not fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We inquired with the front and it took about 15-20 minutes before they sent someone to finish the room. After this situation, everything else was okay. "

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was dirty, sheets were stained, and the place smelled of smoke even though a non-smoking room. The building itself was in disrepair and needed a lot of work. I have stayed at many Comfort Inn & Suites. This was not one I will recommend. "

"The room was clean but very outdated. Staff was nice and welcoming. But there was a gross food smell emanating from the whole place and the rooms smelled stale. It was a fine place to have a spend the night bc of an emergency, but I wouldn’t book it for a vacation."

"The breakfast if you could even call it that was underwhelming. It consisted of only oatmeal and muffins, and the coffee was weak and watered down. The beds were uncomfortable, and the carpet was torn up in spots, which was a problem since I kept stepping on the exposed tack strips meant to hold it down. "The room is a little outdated. There is mold in the shower, but the rest of the room was extremely clean."

"Location is good. Renovations are being done which are okay, but makes the hotel very difficult to navigate for now. Also, we stayed in a renovated room, but I don't feel that the renovations improved it much? Will give it another chance maybe when it is finished."
