"The room itself was clean and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and we had a restful sleep. However, we chose this hotel because it listed a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed due to understaffing, but you could buy beer from the reception desk. Also, the two luggage trollies available were damaged so that using either was difficult; one had a broken wheel and the other had a flat wheel and the upper carriage was attached to the trolly in two of the four spots. "There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing."
