"I stayed alone at Bowens for the weekend and had a very pleasant visit. Host was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows and blankets. I couldn't fault the cooked breakfast, coffee and orange juice I chose. I also loved the fact you could have it delivered to your room or choose to have it over looking the lovely garden. "

"Stayed in this lovely small hotel For a work trip. It’s in a slightly older style but still very pleasant. Michael and his colleagues were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and the room was comfortable and had what I needed. Bed comfy and room tidy. Breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend for visits"

"Food was excellent! Very quiet, not many pole around. Service was very good, especially as only 1 person really. Room was nice, breakfast was very tasty, good choice too. Little bit pricey though."
