Case in point, a "delivery guy" delivers to wrong unit, they take no part in saying then even allowed him in even though on the way they were chatting with him and he said thanks. Absolutely ignorant person. Too bad cause rest of the we're friendly. Hotel is meh at best but good location to many things"

"I was woken up by garbage trucks picking up garbage at 5:45am-6am and could not go back to sleep. Very inconvenient"

"The staff was great. We got there well before check in because we had to work that day and they found us a room although there was a $50 early check in which the room wouldn’t be occupied all day so I don’t see the need in that. The blackout curtains didn’t work in the room we had to use a pants hanger to keep them closed and after a day of being out in Barrie our room wasn’t made up the hot tub was more of a warm tub which I don’t know if it’s just because we went there later in the night. Overall mediocre experience but great staff."

"The hotel was comfortable and the beds were great. However when we booked the room was advertised as “renovated” and I found the shower a little dirty and stained. Also we were there for a dance competition and were excited about the back-lit mirror for makeup application but our light was not working. Our floor was stinky because people were smoking in their room."
