Hotel murah di Heworth Without

"Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...

"A lovely, well run hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was superb and the room clean , comfortable with everything you need. Thank you the Sandburn Staff!"

"Unique"

"Simply put, we found it an excellent, convenient and high quality hotel near the centre. We particularly liked that breakfast and internet are included. We cant be bothered with other hotels that charge extra, particularly for useful internet. We will always try this hotel first when visiting York again."

"The staff and grounds were amazing. Loved the garden and the character of Gray’s Court. The bed and mattress in our room are in need of an upgrade as the mattress sagged a bit and the bed frame croaked with every motion."

"Lovely hotel excellent location nice pool"

"Hotel yg aman dan nyaman dekat dengan pusat keramaian yg dapat ditempuh dengan jalan kaki saja. Pelayanan memuaskan dan kondisi kamar support untuk orang tua. Overall memuaskan."

"Comfortable"

"The location of this hotel is fantastic, but parking is so expensive and in my opinion should be a reduced price for people staying in the hotels we ended up paying around £65 for 2 night stay parking which is to much. The hotel room was very small for a family room. And the room was super dark and outdated. Didn’t give you any amenities and the staff were not the most helpful."

"This was one of the finest travel experiences my husband and I ever had to be underground yeah. At first we were disappointed because we thought we were going to be in the underground brick bunker room and we weren't we were just in a plain old underground room but when I talked to the staff about it they upgraded us to the most beautiful room I've ever seen with a huge copper bathtub, a four poster bed the most luxurious comfortable place we've ever stayed. The the food was superb, incredible...

"Lobby uninteresting Room dark Only one pillow for one guest Towels poor condition No fridge in room to keep water cool . Sofa seating underneath TV cupboard. Not comfortable seating area. Best for train station accessibility and entrance to York centre ."
