"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"I have mix emotions about staying at the Hyatt. I like the location and the free breakfast. Breakfast was just the basic, scrambled eggs, a starch like pancake, waffles, and a breakfast meat like sausage, bacon that rotates everyday. The hot coffee was the only thing I look forward for. I had to flag down my housekeeper daily to change my towels or else they wouldn’t even come by. I did however, see 2 roaches during my 6 days stay. I also didn’t like the $42 additional they Charge per day....

"I Don’t want to say I had a bad experience, but this hotel is literally good enough to just sleep.. At first I thought I arrived to a wrong hotel, but it wasn’t!
