"Front desk staff was amazing and courteous!!"

"We were visiting RIT, and this hotel was 10 minutes away. Decent hotel that was great for the price. Late night check in was great since it was a long ride from Massachusetts."

"I’m not sure how this hotel has 4 stars. It is in bad need of repairs and maintenance, from the escalators and elevators to the pool paint peeling up from the bottom. Our water pressure in the bathroom was so low I had to go wash my hair at a friends room in the Hilton next door. Fluorescent lighting in the rooms, no cleaning staff.. this was rough. "Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"Staff not very helpful or polite, but otherwise clean enough and decent breakfast."

"Super clean, great amenities in the room and a decent breakfast with free parking, helpful staff and good location for Henrietta, Rochester and some of the finger lakes area. Highly recommended."

"The staff was super friendly and the hotel was easy access to local attractions, however the cleanliness inside the hotel and the rooms we were displeased with."

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"

The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...
