"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

There was a surprise happy hour with food and drink Monday through Wednesday. Patio and river view/access added to the stay. Very handy to the University of Rochester and to the Strong Hospital. Lots of parking. Felt safe."

The room was adequate in size for us. My husband fell in love with the robe! He actually wore it to sleep in because it was so soft and cozy! "My room was not cleaned. I asked at 3:36pm for my room to get cleaned and they stated that it would be clean before 10:30pm. I find that weird. I left my room at 8:30pm and I came back after midnight and it wasn’t cleaned. The next day I left at 8am for a track meet and came back at 3pm. My room was still not cleaned even though they were servicing the room next to me. The pool was down for maintenance. "Clean room. Courteous staff. Perfect for a quick stay and close to everything. Road construction outside the parking garage was a nuisance but that was out of the control of the hotel. Definitely would stay again when we're in town."

"This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones."

"This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person."

"Very clean. Perfect location if you’re flying into or out of the airport since it sounds like all of the planes are landing right on the hotel roof. All the doors are squeaky at the far end of first floor so you can keep tabs on your neighbours’ comings and goings all night. Otherwise lovely, with friendly staff"
