"Room was little smelly, i had to turn in the Air Conditioner and step out for couple of hours"

"This place was really lovely: I enjoyed the amenities, the clean room, and the breakfast, which had a delightful variety of options. The only thing I wish had been available was an ATM. When I asked the front desk about it, they kindly informed me that there isn't an ATM on the premises."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel the room could have been cleaner the sheets were hanging outside the blankets as if they weren’t changed! (One bed) breakfast was amazing, staff was courteous because our stay was short we didn’t complain."

"The hotel was good but there were people next door having a loud music like around 11 pm my kids couldn’t get to sleep until a fight it out with next door room we call 3 time to the lobby and they didn’t do anything about it not even when up to see what was happening besides they give us a connecting room and that made me feel unsafe we didn’t notice until we were already set so overall the hotel didn’t make me feel safe on that sense.it was clean and very nice place besides that inconvenient"

"I always pick property with a pool for my family. The hot tub was funky. That’s always a disappointment. Otherwise everything was very good."

"The sink drained very slowly and so did the tub. The bed was very hard. We found garbage underneath the bed. This place was not as clean as it was when we stayed there last year."

"The elevators didn't work most of the time ! Two of the four didn't work at all. Neither of the two that did work some of the time would stop at my flor ( the 9th ), until I checked out today. We used the freight elevator the get dow, as my wife has a bad knee, and we are in our late 60's. Being on the 9th floor made the stairs a none factor."

"It was crowded and dirty. People had to wait longer for buffet refilling. One sign said breakfast is till 9:30am and other sign said 9:30am. Rooms were pricy being a 2 star hotel."
