"Had a lovely stay here for New Year. The hotel had a lovely vibe about it and smelt gorgeous as you walked in. Wish I knew what it was. Staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and very well located. My only little niggle was that we had a coffee machine in the room but no kettle to make tea. Not everyone is a coffee drinker. And after a long day walking about in the cold I longed for a nice cuppa and chill. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. "

We had to resort to boiling the kettle to use hot water. We contacted the property 18th Feb to raise our concerns and did not get a reply.
