"This is not a typical b&b. Limited breakfast options , but excellent bread for toasting. Very good coffee machine available all day / night. Room 8;was quite small and lacked any seating However the bedding was white cotton at its best. Managed to park further down the road which was very handy, but two car parks just across the road. Overall there were many plus points but my overriding feeling is that the b&b price is a little too high"

Breakfast was spot on and just what we needed to set us up for the next day's adventures too. "Lovely room, down the road from the pub: just a short distance, and parked on the road outside. This is a posh village, which seems to have multiple pubs/ accommodation, and reportedly an excellent 'Deli'. A beautiful area, easily accessed on the A149, past Sandringham, north of Kings Lynn. Excellent walking, quiet roads, good trails very nearby. I was there on business, just for the one night, but had a great stay, thankyou! Breakfast was good, though only available from 08:30, so maybe this...

"Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective. "

"Fantastic location with lovely views across marshes. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room different to normal but in a positive way! Stayed in Miller room which was part of the actual windmill. Room spacious and comfortable. No problem with parking. Breakfast good. Overall definitely recommend."

"Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!"

"Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b...

"Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. "
