"From the moment we walked into reception we felt valued and treated as if we were a valued customer.
Keith checked us in took us to our room explained where everything was including fresh milk in the fridge for your morning coffee or tea in your room and home made cookies, and how to get to the spa and pool.
He was also the one we asked about other things to do in the area and he was always happy to help look up or suggest things.
I cannot remember when I have had such a warm welcome at...

Staff lovely, especially in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast, menu order & buffet. Lovely views of golf course.
Great location for seeing the area.

"Lovely room we stayed in(rye).
Looks like it was a living room in it's past life. Lovely decorations and styling. Loved all the hares! (Not hairs). Really comfy bed.
Dog hairs evident on the sofa and on the floor in some areas though which is is a negative. No fruit hardly at breakfast, lovely croissant and toast though, please don't charge for supplying lattes, I didn't have a big breakfast at all as I don't eat meat so I thought that was unreasonable for the price."

"Its a quirky building and we had to duck a couple of times. The room was clean and comfy with all the amenities required. The restaurant offered a good selection and did cater for Gluten Free.
