"We were there in Room 511 from Tuesday through Friday morning, and only requested room service once. Cleaner vacuumed one room, but not the other, and did not take all the garbage out. OTHER than that, everyone was courteous, breakfasts were great, hotel was clean. We are both fairly handicapped, and would strongly suggest that all rooms have a grab bar for the very low toilet and one bar INSIDE the shower on a wall. "

"Always like chatting at check in. Clean room, decent breakfast, everything I need. The renovated interiors are as nice as the pictures. My 4th stay in less than two months and I will keep using The Springwater Inn whenever I need to spend a night in Ithaca."

"As a quick staycation, this was a great hotel for the value. You could tell that the few staff were working double duty to ensure a great experience and pulled that off. The room was clean and spacious. While generally quiet, the rooms above were rather loud. Breakfast had a good variety with hot options like a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bagels and toast. Along with yogurt, fruit, muffins, and cereal, plus assorted beverages. I think the only real complaint was that the pool water was quite...

"This place is gorgeous, clean and it has everything a family needs for a weekend getaway, including board games and books. The kitchen had a keurig coffee machine, snacks, utensils and appliances to cook proper meals. The room had its own thermostat and blankets for winter. I would only suggest to offfer paper cups for the coffee for those who need to leave early morning. The lock instructions were clear too."
