"Staff were wonderful, but the property is in desperate need of updates. Water pressure was extremely weak and the room smelled musty. The pool was very clean and is heated, so it made for a great ending to a long day in The Keys!"

"It's not a fancy place but good for the price. You are given a sack breakfast which is okay for a night or two but gets monotonous. Fortunately there are restaurants nearby. I was glad to a have a gate around the compound. We were there two occasions. The first time the internet was poor; the second time it was stronger."

"Check in took longer than expected. Only 1 person checking in. He was very kind and went out of his way to assist as quickly as possible. Waited over 30 minutes to check in. That is unacceptable "

"The hotel had many pros and cons. The room was as depcited in photos but definitely needed some updating. For instance, the wall paint was upkept, but the table and chairs had severe flaws. Plus - warm shower, negative - water leaking. Plus - nice swim area, negative - water too cold to swim. It was very much one positive one negative for most things. But staff was friendly and accommodating and it is truly a gateway to the Keys (our final destination). Overall, it gets a 3. "

"Clean room, had everything we needed to cook, eat and drink which made our weeks stay feel like home we didn’t want to leave lol. Staff was super chill bed was comfortable, all around great spot, they have security walking the grounds 24/7 so no drifters hanging around. We felt safe, we loved the room and the price. Would recommend to anyone."
