"My stay with Kona Coast Resort was amazing, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious and the fully equipped kitchen was helpful. We were very comfortable and the restaurant attached to the resort is tasty. We were suprised to have our own washer and dryer and 2 full bathrooms. Our backyard was beautiful and relaxing with our own personal grill. "Excellent experience save for the ginormous cane/huntsman spider found in our bedroom that has crawled in through a large hole in the ceiling. Staff were very prompt in spraying the area as well as filling the hole the next day. We chose to sleep in the living room the rest of our stay since the spider had disappeared before we were able to get rid of it and we're not sure if it went back up through the home or was hiding in the bedroom but the pullout couch luckily wasn't too bad to sleep on,...

"First off, the staffs were really nice. The things we asked for such as towels were promptly replaced and garbage were picked up daily. They also provided the necessities such as dish soap, laundry detergent, and other household items. Place is really clean. I would definitely go back to stay at this place."

"It is very hard to locate the property. The management said that even Uber sometimes has trouble finding it. The pools are small but very clean. The rooms were huge. Not at all crowded. Definitely need a car. Would definitely come back."
