"Very old apartment style hotel. Some furniture were dirty and broken. The pop corn ceiling was very dirty. Old house smell. Parking is $45 per a day. Very expensive. "

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "

If you are looking for a hotel that is a few steps to the beach, this is not the place for you. Hotel during our stay was under staffed. "The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. "The property itself was okay but some things are showing a bit of rust even though the room was recently renovated. The bed and sheets are nice and comfortable. The A/C was strong and nice. The complementary internet was fast enough and stable. Underground parking is a bit pricey per night and adds up quick. "Hotel was great, staff were super friendly and welcoming. Within walking distance of everything in Waikiki. Room was very clean upon arrival. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the bed was hard as a rock and felt like sleeping on a cardboard box. But there is plans for renovation in the near future"

"With food prices at all time highs in Hawaii booking a condo room at the Hilton Grand Islander at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was a good call. We went to Costco (9:00am a must) and stocked up on meals for 5 nights out of the 8 we stayed. Fully stocked kitchen and Laundry machines in room. It really was the way to go. "The location of the hotel is a bit far from waikiki beach so you can’t just walk there because it will take more than an hour but the flip side is that street parking is easy to find and it’s free from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am so you don’t need to pay the $33 per day hotel parking and can drive to waikiki or any other beach! Rooms are recently remodeled and clean. They do housekeeping every for days but they would give you clean towels if you ask. Overall we had a pleasant stay"
