"Very nice place to stay! Everyone is friendly! The food at Sera was excellent and so was the service- we had a great waitress. We had a washer and dryer in our room which was very convenient. The pool area was nice and the bartender was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay- close waln to the Ala Moana shopping mall with an ABC store and food court. "

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "

The younger bell staff are most welcoming and sincere...bell captain a bit subdued (perhaps tired) Our bellman upon departure was OK for AM luggage pick up, while not the usual upbeat aloha spirit we've seen in our years of staying at your property. Ala Moana will STILL always be the fave by my friends and family - mahaloz!"

"Staff is so nice, friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and Ala Moana mall. W-line bus stop is right in-front of the hotel, easy commute to the airport. Parking is safe and secure. Great place to stay for a quick vacation! "

"Had a lovely stay! The property is beautiful and the condo kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. The view from room 1105 was awesome - even though it was a partial view. The foldout mattress on the couch was so-so. Might work for small kids but my teenage was uncomfortable. I bought him an air mattress for the remainder of the week. The staff was cheerful and helpful. I was surprised however at how much noise we could hear from the guests above us. The bathroom had two pocket doors; one to...

"when i arrived, the main room light did not work. the coffee machine did not work. the bathroom sink stopper did not work. the dvd player kept opening and closing. the staff was attentive and promptly fixed any needs i had. it was just a downer to show up and see so many things not working."

"Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip."

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "
