"My ocen view was limited but it was nice. Condo was clean with tons of utensils and dishware. The walk to the beach was close. Kitchen 5135 food was solid with a nice tiki bar. The other restaurant was always packed and mediocre. All in all great place to stay"

"Partial ocean view as promised. Food good but not outstanding and food prices were ridiculously high ( $60) for breakfast buffet. It was nice but very busy and noisy at times because of so many people. Nice luxury hotel but didnt always feel like the relaxed pace we have expected from Hawaii."

"From the drive up to the day we had to leave, we enjoyed this stay. Royal Lahaina is situated nicely off a golf course and right on the beach, which allows it to feel like a more secluded resort then some of the other nearby resorts. Recently remodeled but has a great feel to the whole building. Staff was great throughout the whole resort. Enjoyed each meal we had at the restaurant on site, and it was great being able to walk just steps away and listen to live music every night. Could not...

" The room didn’t really have a balcony, just a very narrow space about 12” wide that you could stand on, no chairs would fit. Also, the ocean view was very very small. These two things were very disappointing since the room was advertised as having a balcony. Our room smelled heavily like marijuana when we first arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were at 98% capacity, and there were no comparable rooms. So the value for what we paid...

"We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. Had a hard time finding the laundry rooms and had to get help on how to pay, plus we were yelled at for accidentally moving our chairs across the...

"Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed"
