"The staff and housekeeping crew were very friendly, everyone at the front desk has been very kind. The breakfast was okay for what we paid. A bit unhappy about the unripe fruit and lack thereof, but there was still a decent variety. I'm not happy about the cleanliness of the buildings themselves. On a Monday we saw a child spill syrup and on Tuesday the spill was still there. The carpets were definitely nasty and we saw quite some bugs, however we know that's not a regular housekeeping task. "Spa fee for small pool jacuzzi, small gym we did not use. Had I known there was mandatory valet parking I no way would have booked here. Not only can I not access my car when I forgot something, I had to spend an extra 40$ in valet tips."
