"Hotel is fairly central (less than 10mins walk to the harbour) but there the remaining City Gate is at the end of Broad Street which makes for a nice quiet street for the hotel to be on (even with a bar opposite). Room was clean with plenty of tea bags and instant coffee (and Biscoffs!). Beds were comfy. All the staff I dealt with (which wasn't many) were friendly and helpful"

"Very spacious rooms: Nest & clean. Very good Breakfast. Room amenities were pretty good too. However, A/C filters weren’t clean upon our arrival. Similarly, bathroom door’s lock wasn’t working. But overall a good place to stay in Bristol city centre."

"The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed but lacked amenities. There was an electric kettle but only one teabag in my double room. The location is great if you want to be close to the train station but the bar/restaurant was nothing special. The staff was mediocre at best and did not seem too helpful or accommodating."

"Nice clean hotel located in the middle of the Harbourside.
Room was clean, bed comfy with a good shower.
Breakfast was plentiful.
Small grievance - did pay over £400 for 2 nights so assumed breakfast was included. Had to pay another £60 so nearly £230 a night is a little pricey.."

"Comfortable beds, nice decor, air conditioning was great with all the hot weather. Shower was nice, staff lovely!
Only gripe was a dog barking from 7 in the morning when we wanted a little lie in but that's not in the hotels control if guests dogs are barking. Only mention it as it's worth considering if you book into a pet friendly hotel there is a small chance of noise disturbance"
