"Would visit again. The room was clean and smart, the bed was so comfy I slept really well. Loved the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Parking was difficult as it was a busy time when I arrived. It's a popular place especially with the gym and pool so reception area was very busy. It's located on an industrial site. Only downside was the Starbucks staff aren't very friendly but the hotel staff were. Would recommend this hotel."

"The room we had was spacious, clean well maintained everything you need for a relaxing stay . The room had iron and ironboard, fridge, glasses for drinks. Toiletries very good, shower easy to work . The Air-conditioning was brilliant. Breakfast was very good ,plenty of choice, but one day reduced staff on so service was poor and had to keep reminding staff what we wanted. But that was just once."

"Disappointing stay. Adequate room facilities, but noisy position, adjacent to the busy road and certainly not a superior room. Worn and damaged carpet. Had a dog and consequently were placed in the bar for breakfast. Inadequate table space and poorly serviced. Staff were as helpful in the dining area as they could be, but overwhelmed by numbers, even though we were asked to choose a time to eat. We could not use our room after breakfast on one day as the cleaner was there. Parking was paid for...
