"Lovely room with sea view. Bar was a little overcrowded with two parties going on."

"The hotel was clean and looked good. The bar was excellent with comfortable seating in a quiet atmosphere. Downside was there was no hairdryer, bathroom felt a bit small but got the job done. The bus driver from the airport was rude as he treated the bus as his personal vehicle and played loud music that he favored. When asked to turn the volume down he told my partner to sit down. Complaint was registered at the front desk."

"Outside looks lovely, inside is confused. Decor is definitely trying too many things and it looses the classy feel I think they were trying for. Furniture is worn and some feels a bit grubby. Bath towels are awful, very rough and should be replaced. Staff was friendly and breakfast in the morning was good. Parking was also good and convenient. For the price it definitely needs a refresh."

What really impressed me was shortly after going to my room reception rang to see if all was ok...and to let them know if I needed anything..one doesn't get that in a lot of hotels... "Das Ariel House war in einer Toplage, nur 5 Minuten zur Bahn in die Stadt. Wir hatten ein top Frühstück in dem Haus. Hervorzuheben ist der Aufenthalts-Salon, wo Tee und Kaffee angeboten wird. Schade war - wir hatten zwar gem. Haus ein Upgrade erhalten, allerdings funktionierte bei uns die Dusche leider nicht. Wir hatten viel zu heißes Wasser, da war das darunter stehen nicht möglich. Wir hatten es gemeldet, am Tag darauf war das Wasser so kalt ( und es war in Dublin auch noch frisch & das Zimmer...

"Excellent location at the end station of the red tram line with plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Breakfast in the hotel is filling and tasty. Good cocktails too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."
