"Amazing value for money! We had a beautiful and very spacious room with a little area outside for seating. Extremely clean. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve had. Staff were all lovely. Showed us to our room upon check in. Breakfast was also the best we’ve had. A full English along with a wide range of teas and coffees, juices, cereals and pastries included in the price. We’ve already booked our next stay and will also be back just for the breakfast alone. "

"Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms with hot water and decent water pressure. TV didn't seem to get a signal, but the wifi was good. There is fresh milk for your tea or coffee downstairs, but there wasn't quite enough for the multiple cups I drink in a day ;). A bottle of water in-room would be great, there were some refillable bottles of water near the fridge with the milk downstairs, but it smelled a bit musty when I opened it, so I just used tap, which seemed fine. "Room was perfect, really spacious and clean. We didn’t have dinner there so can’t review the restaurant for that, but our breakfast was great. Spa was lovely. Really beautiful grounds and hotel, staff very polite and attentive. We can’t fault it. Thank you we would love to return. "

Top notch leisure facilities (could add poolside plant life and steam room scent maybe), gym full of new tech & choices with river view window. There was even a gym ball and mat in my club room. "For the cost this is an excellent motel. At £35/night for a single room it is a third of the cost of other budget hotels in this area. Ok so its not the Ritz but its also priced realisticallyfor what it offers. "
